In his current role as Learning & Development Manager, Michaël is responsible for guiding our consultants, partners and customers on their personal and professional path towards excellence.

 

About Peter Duelen

With over a decade of agile experience in e-Learning platforms, Finance and Healthcare applications, Telecom client portals and some of the best-known games in both the PC and mobile market, Peter is an experienced and hands-on coach who has been building and supporting teams through start-ups and transformations.

His agile and coaching skills hold the balance between being data-driven, staying pragmatic and showing a deep care for enabling people to deliver on their commitment in a positive way.

Peter motivates people on team and director level through respectful and open communication with focus on achieving business goals.

 

About Wim Decoutere

Learning & Development Expert, CTG

Wim Decoutere started his testing career at CTG Belgium over 12 years ago and has been testing at a number of companies ever since, mostly in the financial sector. He’s passionate about teaching and feels at home when standing in front of a class room. Recently he became a full-time trainer, coaching and teaching about the wonderful world of testing, but also ISTQB, IREB, test design techniques, soft skills, etc.

As a veteran youth instructor with a passion for learning theories and people management, Wim is constantly looking for new ideas to improve his own performance and that of the entire testing team.
