CTG Summerschool

What's in it for me?

The biggest reason for project failure is flawed analysis. Incorrect, inconsistent or incomplete requirements endanger the qualitative, timely and on budget delivery of the project.

Aiming to overcome this, CTG and CTG Academy have composed a Analysis Summer School, covering 20 analysis related topics, each modular and atomic. You can cherry pick, or follow the entire program.

Whether you are a student, a junior IT professional, a PO/PM, a novice or an experienced analist looking to refresh or extend your knowledge: these are key elements waiting for you to be (re-)discovered.

Why you should attend

Quality is key
Software quality is key to customer appreciation and retention. Ensure the success of your software by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of your testing activities.

Based on experience and thought leadership
CTG Academy has been educating testers for over 2 decades. These sessions are based on the collective knowledge and experience of our trainers and consultants.

Cherry picking or the full swing?
Do you fancy only one session, or just a few? Or would you like to enroll for the entire portfolio? Each session is atomic and modular: no prior knowledge is required.

Your summer break
The sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday during summer, from June 29th until September 2nd. It’s the ideal “snackable” content: 90 minutes during lunch time.

Which tasks are important in a low code environment?

Which (new) challenges emerge and what makes life easier?

What about the non-functionals?

Usually they are not the first thing that comes to mind when you are exploring the options for new features, yet their impact can be massive.

Stakeholders usually don't have a direct answer when you ask about them, so how can you elicit them?

And how should you document them? How much information is sufficient?
